Embroidery machine Operators

Sign-on-bonus: $700.00 after working for 30 days!

Shift: 3:30pm-12am

$15.50/hour to start with basic embroidery experience.
A person with years of experience could make $18.00 or More!

The department is climate controlled with new state of the art Tajima embroidery machines.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Operates embroidery machinery
• Prepare product for customization which includes, hooping material and setting up embroidery machines
• Gather required threads for embroidery design
• Prepare backing materials for all operator stations
• Select proper hoop size for design and product
• Read and comprehend embroidery proof and production orders
• Load embroidery machine with design and program colors
• Monitor embroidery machine operation to detect potential problems
• Ability to load embroidery thread
• Ability to adjust bobbin and thread tensions
• Set up and configure machines for bags, headcovers, towels and caps
• Performing all tasks required for finishing goods and accessories
• Pre-inspect finished goods
